The first week with my Sitserlocks was awkward. It was like a series of first dates with a man, that you already know you will be with for the rest of your life. There were some moments when I was passionately in love, in hate, in disgust... It just depended on my mood and my hair's mood!
I regret telling my male coworkers (one white, one black) how much I was paying for my hair style. I guess for $750 they expected me to come back to work looking like Beyonce. Yea, not happening.
